Adam Richard Jones has directed hundreds of TV commercials and branded content projects worldwide for national and international brands. Jones specializes in comedy dialogue, improv, visual storytelling, and documentary–extruding performances and stories from actors, non-actors and sports celebs alike.
His background as a Production Designer informs his eye for composition, camera movement and style treatment. His spots and shorts have won numerous awards including a Cannes Gold Lion and FWA Site of the Year, as well as numerous festival awards and selections.
Jones’ web series The Stay-At-Home Dad, which he directed and co-wrote, was dubbed “Mega-popular” on Comedy Central’s atom.com with over 4 million views. Nominee for NH Filmmaker of the year in 2007, he is a founding board member of the Monadnock International Film Festival. Jones launched his media company Blood Brothers Content with partner Andrew Swee in 2013 based in NYC. Jones is currently editing his first documentary feature Fish & Men about the plight of the American fishing industry. Adam lives in Portland, OR with his family and two goofy labradoodles.
